MATSH People Development works with facilitators, trainers and subject specialists whose experience is relevant to the programmes they deliver. This directory is being built around verified roles and expertise rather than generic trainer biographies.
How trainer profiles are represented
When MATSH publishes an individual trainer or expert profile, the information should reflect that person’s real role, relevant professional experience, subject areas and relationship to MATSH. Qualifications, certifications and client experience should be included only where they can be represented accurately.
Course facilitators
A trainer shown on a course page should be connected to that programme or subject area in practice. Facilitator assignments may vary by date, location and delivery format, so MATSH should not imply that one named person delivers every cohort unless that is genuinely the case.
Practitioner expertise
MATSH values practical regional and sector experience. Where trainers contribute practitioner observations to editorial content, those observations should be presented as professional experience rather than as universal research findings.
Technical review is a separate role
Delivering a training programme does not automatically make someone the technical reviewer of a research article. Specialist review for legal, regulatory, cybersecurity, health, financial or other high-risk content should be credited only when a suitably qualified person has reviewed that exact material.
Verification and transparency
Trainer and expert profiles are added as their public details are verified. MATSH does not create fictional specialists or add credentials solely to strengthen marketing or search visibility.
