MATSH People Development uses clear editorial roles so readers can understand who prepared, contributed to or reviewed a piece of content. We do not assign specialist credentials to people whose experience does not support them.
MATSH Research & Editorial Team
The MATSH Research & Editorial Team is the default author for most research-led articles and blog content. The team coordinates source selection, evidence checks, drafting, editing, updates and corrections.
Contributor
A contributor may provide practitioner insight, programme experience, commentary, data or subject input. Being listed as a contributor does not automatically mean the person reviewed every factual claim in the final article.
Editorial reviewer
An editorial reviewer checks clarity, structure, sourcing and whether the final article reflects MATSH’s editorial standards. Editorial review is different from technical or professional advice.
Technical or subject reviewer
For specialist topics such as law, regulation, cybersecurity, health, finance or other high-risk areas, MATSH may use a reviewer with relevant qualifications or professional experience. We identify a technical reviewer only when that person has genuinely reviewed the material within their area of expertise.
Trainer or practitioner contributor
MATSH trainers, facilitators and programme specialists may contribute practical observations where their real delivery experience is relevant. Practitioner contributions are presented as experience and insight, not as invented statistics or universal claims.
How people are identified
Named contributors and reviewers should have a clear relationship to MATSH or the subject being discussed. Where appropriate, profiles may include role, areas of focus, professional links and the content to which the person has contributed.

Conflicts and commercial relationships
MATSH sells professional training and services. Editorial content may link to relevant MATSH programmes, but commercial relevance does not change our responsibility to represent third-party evidence accurately. Where a contributor has a material relationship that could affect interpretation, that relationship should be disclosed when relevant.
