This means we should make work arrangements that fit different people&#8217;s needs to make them happier and more engaged.<\/p>\n<p>To make work places fair and welcoming for everyone, we can&#8217;t just do the same thing for everyone. By looking closely at what workers like and need, we can make better plans.
