Matsh is a training organisation built specifically for the Gulf, Africa and Asia. Not a global franchise adapting Western content for local audiences. Not a consultant offering training as an afterthought to advisory work. A specialist training organisation whose programmes are designed, from the first line of content to the final session, for the people, organisations and contexts of our three regions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

What We Do<\/h2>\n

We design and deliver training in three areas. Professional Development, covering administration, HR, management, project management, finance for non-finance professionals, and communication skills. Youth Development, covering programme planning and management, youth policy, community work, facilitation, and youth-at-risk. Women Empowerment, covering women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, advocacy, and empowerment for women professionals and practitioners in GCC and African contexts.<\/p>\n

Every programme we deliver is built around a consistent conviction: that generic training, designed for a Western corporate context and shipped to other markets, consistently fails the professionals it is meant to serve. The challenges facing an HR manager in Riyadh are not the same as those facing an HR manager in London. The youth development worker in Nairobi is not navigating the same context as their counterpart in Amsterdam. Our programmes work because they address the actual contexts, constraints and opportunities of the regions we serve.<\/p>\n

Saudi Arabia is our largest and most active market, with programmes running regularly in Riyadh, Jeddah and Dammam. We also deliver regularly in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Doha and Muscat. The pace of Vision 2030 transformation and the Emiratisation, Saudisation and Omanisation agendas create significant and growing demand for the kind of practical, context-specific professional development Matsh provides.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

East Africa, West Africa and Southern Africa are all active markets. Nairobi, Lagos, Accra, Dar es Salaam, Kigali and Kampala are cities where we deliver regularly. Our training serves NGOs, international development organisations, government agencies, and the private sector across a continent where the demand for practical professional development is significant and the supply of genuinely contextualised training is limited.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Full-programme online delivery in the same format as in-person cohorts: live sessions, applied workshops, peer discussion and facilitated case studies. Not pre-recorded, not asynchronous. Live, interactive training with the same outcomes as in-person delivery.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Programmes designed specifically for one organisation, delivered to their team in their location or online. In-house delivery allows customisation to the organisation’s specific context, cases, systems and challenges. What Makes Matsh Different<\/h2>\n

We are not a course catalogue. We are not a content library. Every programme Matsh delivers is built on a consistent approach: starting from the actual challenges professionals in our regions face, designing content that addresses those challenges directly, and delivering it in a way that is applied, interactive and immediately practical.<\/p>\n

Our facilitators have direct professional experience in the regions and sectors they train. They have worked in GCC organisations navigating the specific dynamics of Vision 2030 transformation, Saudisation and multicultural workforce management. They have worked with African NGOs navigating the realities of donor accountability, community development and institutional capacity building. They bring that experience into the room.<\/p>\n

We measure our success by participant outcomes, not participant satisfaction. We follow up with participants and their organisations after our programmes to understand what changed in how they work. That accountability drives the continuous improvement of our content and delivery.<\/p>\n
